About Us

My name is Meghan, and like many of you, I have been on the search for the "perfect" program abroad. I wanted to help those in need, all while experiencing and embracing a different culture from my own, without having to pay an enormous cost for my service. Thinking it'd be a breeze, I went online expecting to find a great deal. However, I kept getting stuck in my search, I either came across sites advertising "great" deals for a large fee or I was overwhelmed by endless lists of programs. Sifting through this took time, but I have come across some great deals, which I'd like to share with you! I created this website as a way to compile all my findings, and save you the search! You will find some of the best and most affordable programs I've come across, and hopefully one of them will be the perfect match for you.

I am continuously updating and adding any new programs I find and will soon have a job board running, so be sure to come back!

Thank you for making the world a better place!

A little bit about myself, I am originally from Las Vegas, NV. I went to school at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA for a year and a half and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a general studies degree in psychology, art and women's studies. I was also fortunate enough to be able to study abroad at Charles University in Prague for a semester. I have my advanced scuba certification and I have completed level one and two of the Healing Touch program. I recently volunteered with the Children's Heart Center's Camp Success for a week and I try to volunteer at least once a week with Safenest, an organization that helps victims of domestic violence. I am currently working at Barretstown Camp in Ireland as a creative arts activity leader. I love to be outdoors, and try to hike or snowboard as often as I can, depending on the season. Other hobbies include juggling, reading, traveling, any and all art, dreaming, and yoga.
